My latest hangout

Having recently joined the recruiting ranks, I have been doing some networking on the Electronic Recruiter Exchange. Ever since my days working the support trenches at the WeLL have I had a soft spot for well-executed, self-monitoring, insightful virtual communities. ERE appears to be all of that, and more... a ton of interesting articles, good interactions between corporate and third party recruiters, and obviously a good chance of meeting new people.
